Return Policy (Returns, Refunds & Changes)

Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

If you bought a product or a service online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days.  Moreover, we offer an extension of the return period to 30 days after the order was sent to you.

Any return expenses will be covered by the buyer ( Also Art. 5 of our Terms of Service)
